Description		This course was designed to familiarize participants with the Child and Adolescent Functional Assessment Scale (CAFAS) and to explore how this tool can be used in assessment and intervention with children and families. This training will ensure reliability in the trainee, help determine the appropriate level of care and identify treatment areas or domains. The presenters will also discuss how and why these concepts are important and how this tool will be used as an outcome measure in clinical practice. Training Objectives: Participants will: - 1. Be able to identify 3 uses for the CAFAS 2. Be able to differentiate between/among severe, moderate, mild and no impairment on each of the CAFAS subscales 3. Demonstrate inter-rater reliability by passing the reliability test. Located at 82 Ionia Ave NW Grand Rapids MI 49503.
